I wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the 1099 tax issue that some of you have raised concerns about. We have been actively working with ADP to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and have been in discussions with Client Relations about our frustrations with how long it is taking to rectify their mistake.
Yesterday, ADP identified a major issue that was causing delays in creating the new 1099-MISCs, and I believe we are very close to reaching a resolution.
We are pushing ADP to expedite the process and ensure that the 1099 forms are ready for you as soon as possible.
Please rest assured that we will keep you informed and provide you with an update as soon as the 1099 forms are ready for distribution.
